Great quality item. Took about 2 hours to build up on my own. The spring cords are time consuming and can be hard work. Need some strength to do this and patience :) Big enough to fit my 2 littles in, small enough to not take over the garden. Fantastic product and exactly what we were after at a good price.

The media could not be loaded. This trampoline is a great play place for toddlers, especially with the addition of a swing and the integrated protective mat that fully covers the springs. I had some issues with my first model; however, CalmMax took my feedback incredibly seriously. Customer service reached out to me directly to remedy the issues, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. A greatly improved manufacturing process has resulted in a highly improved product. Although the first model wobbled and squeaked terribly, the new model is excellent and has no wobble or squeeking (see video). I have two points of consideration to offer CalmMax for continuing to improve upon the product, one on delivery and one on design. First, the padding around the bars came pretty beat up and some were, unfortunately, torn in a few places. This is honestly not a huge deal because most (not all) of these deformities are covered by the side and top netting. This issue may likely result from the shipping process and could probably be remedied with some additional cardboard packaging around the bars with padding. Second, there is no way to roll up or retain the entrance flap, making it somewhat difficult to push kids on the swing. Basically, your face is pressed into the entry flap while pushing. Having the zipper on the entry flap be U shaped instead of L shaped and adding some buckles or hook-and-loop retention up top to keep the flap out of the way would be a great improvement on the design. In conclusion, the customer support and new frame design are top-tier. The value for money is simply unmatched in this space. You will be pleased with the ease of assembly and the overall quality of the trampoline, and your children will be pleased with the ability to jump and/or swing in the comfort and safety of home.

The overall Trampoline is Sturdy! It is worth the money paid for it. But that's kinda where the good stops. The parts were placed in packaging wrong, but nothing was missing. The assembly was not easy, some of the bolts for the legs stripped out really easy. You must be ready eith energy to put this together, the bolt holes weren't where they should of been, causing alot of frustration. The metal is thick and this is a 150lb man sitting on the cross bar HELD only with CARIBEANORS and trampoline sturdiness.
