first buying one of these with the bands and not springs is so much better ... better bounce and no squeaking. second, this could do with better instructions (hence 4 stars) but you can see from the photos how the bands are attached and it requires a good amount of strength to do this. make sure that you turn the black head so that both sides of the band are slid under it and have them all in exactly the same direction. also start at "12 and 6pm" then "3 and 9" but then count 5 bands to the right from "6pm" and attach, then do the opposite ... then 5 bands to the right from 3pm and do the opposite side equivalent. and so on. as for the bounce its superb. im 63 years old and 18 stone. no problem at all and clearly a strong frame! in a few days better sleep and can feel more strength coming into my legs, hips, calves and back. i do 2 minutes every hour. set my alarm and have it by my desk. exceptionally good value.
