The trampoline itself is quite easy to put together if you have the correct tools but it is by no means a heavy duty trampoline as described, my daughter is not a heavy child and the trampoline touches the ground when she is jumping which leads me to think that the quality of the actual mat is very poor and one of the springs has already snapped so overall quality not very good. Arrived very quickly after order. You do need two fit adults at some points in assembly but overall fairly straight forward to construct. My 9 year old granddaughter loves it, I had the 8 ft and that size is big enough for her for few years. The springs do require some Brute force to get them in place but the rest of the joints and screws/bolts are fairly easy to fit. I had a spring missing which was despatched same day and 3 were received the next day. Great customer service. As my granddaughter only visits periodically I decide to dismantle and store. I bought a cover for storing the rim and bouncing mat should have bought it at the same time as it obviates the need to remove the springs etc and is easily stored on end and tied to my house wall. A couple of bags of sand are really useful to anchor the trampoline with damaging my Astro turf.

Waste of money. Although I bought this last July, it was taken down in October and not put back up until April. All the screws holding the legs on keep coming out and today a spring has snapped and hit my child (yes the cover was on and the net) pinging out and hitting his face!

Very quick delivery. Easy to assemble. However, compared to other trampolines I have purchased for my kids over the years, this being the forth, the quality, all though I assume sufficient, is not in my view heavy duty. The framework is solid, but thinner than expected. There are no rubber feet under the legs, so on concrete it slide with every bounce. The main bolts that keep the frame together, only have about 3mm of tightening. I imagine these will shake loose quickly. The trampoline has a max user weight of 150kg. Though the bounce mat only sits appropriately 18” above the ground, nothing like the illustration shows. My daughter is a fraction of this weight. When she bounces, she is approximately 9” from the ground. Anyone near the max weight would probably break their back. To give some example of size, I am only 5ft 6”, and the ladder reaches my knees. Obviously meant for small children, but that wasn’t mentioned in the advert
